Based onsite in Clark, you’ll collaborate with overseas teams, convert complex drawings into precise 3D models, and contribute to technology-driven construction planning—while maintaining stability, structure, and long-term career momentum.

Job Description

As a 3D CAD Modeller, you will create detailed 3D models and framing takeoffs using AutoCAD and SketchUp, translating architectural and structural drawings into build-ready outputs. You’ll support construction planning accuracy, work closely with global stakeholders, and ensure modeling standards meet fast-paced, real-world construction demands.

Salary: PHP 14,000.00 + monthly performance-based incentive

The Qualifications We Seek

• 1–3 years of experience in 3D modelling, CAD drafting, or construction modelling
• Fresh graduates with strong AutoCAD or SketchUp skills are welcome
• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, IT, Drafting, or related field
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD and/or SketchUp for construction drawings
• Strong ability to interpret architectural and structural plans
• High English proficiency for international collaboration
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to adapt quickly to new software and modeling workflows

Nice to Have (Not Required):

• Experience in construction and/or architecture, particularly framing takeoffs
• Familiarity with US lumber framing norms
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software and blueprint interpretation

• Review and interpret construction, architectural, and structural drawings for accurate takeoffs
• Collaborate with the team to meet project goals and timelines
